I was the one holding it all together—
while quietly wondering how much longer I could keep going like this.

I pushed through. Stayed strong. Made it work.
Until my body (and honestly, my spirit too) whispered:
“Girl, you can’t keep pushing through like this anymore.”

The adrenal fatigue diagnosis was a wake-up call—
but the real shift came when I stopped trying to manage my time better
and started listening to what my body had been trying to tell me all along.

Well+Being isn’t a checklist.
It’s a rhythm.
And once I found mine?
Everything started to feel more doable—and more like me.

I didn’t create The Well+Being Shift because I had it all figured out.
I created it because I didn’t — and I needed a different way to live than the one that was quietly draining me.

I wanted to feel present in my own life, not just productive.
I wanted to stop measuring my worth by how much I got done — and start measuring it by how I felt living it.

The Well+Being Shift is everything I wish I had: a space to slow down, reset, and rebuild my rhythm in a way that honors my life, my body, and my pace.

And now I get to I get to guide other ambitious women in a new way of leading their Well+Being — not by adding more to their plate, but by helping them take back what matters most.

HOW I SUPPORT YOU

What I am here for is to walk with ambitious women who’ve built full lives — but feel like their own Well+Being is the one part they just can’t seem to get a handle on.

Together, we look at what’s working, what’s wearing you out, and what you’re ready to shift — in ways that actually fit your life.

This isn’t about doing more. And it’s not about going back.

It’s about finding a new way of living that supports you — how you think, how you lead, and how you want to feel.

DIFFERENT NOW

Life still gets full, messy, beautiful, and unpredictable. I’m not floating through it — I’m just finally living with it.

Some mornings start slow, others don’t. I’ve stopped making that mean something about me.

My mind still tells me to push or wait or skip the rest. The difference now? I can hear the truth underneath and respond from that place.

I don’t treat Well+Being like a project anymore — it’s who I am now.

I lead and live with more space — to notice, to feel, to connect with my truth and honor it.

AND, I don’t dhave to do it perfectly. I just make it mine, and it works.

There’s room for softness and strength, structure and surrender.That’s what I hold space for. And it’s absolutely available to you too.
